完成してから約２年半が経ちます。建替前と比べて住み心地は良くなっています。といっても改築を重ねた歪な間取りだったので比較するのも意味がありませんが。ガス管の塗装や、鎌鍵のかかり具合や、レールの浮きといった細かな問題はあります。ただ、ビー球が転がるようなことはありません。間取りを詰め切れなかったと思うこともままあります。が、概ね満足しています。火事や地震に強いと思うだけである程度安心して眠れます。
